RPh Careers takes your privacy seriously and is providing this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to explain how we collect, protect and use information received and collected from you when you visit our website (“”) and/or platform services (“Platform Services) (Website and Platform Services collectively the “Service”).  We urge you to read this Policy to understand how important your privacy is to us. Capitalized and other terms not defined in this Privacy Policy will have the meaning ascribed to them in our Terms of Use.


You are in control of your privacy and we only collect information that you voluntarily provide to us in connection with the Service.  You are asked to provide personally identifiable information (“Personal Information” of “PII”) to register for an Account to access the Platform Services and when you create a Profile or subscribe to our e-mail notifications.  In providing any PII and/or other data and information you are expressly and voluntarily accepting the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.  You have the right to withdraw your consent to our collection and processing of your PII at any time by clicking on your settings or by terminating your Account. Please note, however, that your withdrawal of consent will not be retroactive.


Personally Identifiable Information

Our Website includes features and information related to job opportunities.  Website users who do not register for an account may sign up to receive our e-mails by providing your name and email address. Website users may browse the Website without registering for an account but will have limited access to information about job opportunities.  You must register an Account and create a Profile to gain access to the Platform Services and apply for jobs.

What is Personal Information?

“Personal Information” means any information or pieces of information that could identify

you either directly, (e.g., your name) or, where required by applicable law indirectly (e.g., through pseudonymized data, such as a unique ID number). This means that Personal Information can personally identify you and certain categories of PII are protected by applicable U.S. privacy laws (as listed below).

When you register an Account and create a Profile, we ask you to provide the following Personal Information.

Profile Information

Providing profile information about yourself beyond what is minimally required to set up your account is entirely up to you, but providing such additional information enables you to derive more benefit from the Service and allows us to: (i) improve search results for job opportunities; (ii) filter Service results to your selected preferences or qualifications; and (iii) improve the Service.

 Automatically Collected Information

Certain information about you is collected automatically as follows:

Cookies and Tracking Technologies. Cookies, web beacons, locally shared objects (sometimes called “flash cookies”), mobile identifiers and similar technologies (“Cookies”) are used by RPh Careers. We use Cookies so we can remember a users’ settings, for authentication and analytics. These technologies may be used in analyzing trends, administering the Website and/or Platform Services, tracking users’ movements on the Services and to gather demographic information about users of the Services. You can control the use of Cookies at the individual browser level, but if you choose to disable Cookies, it may limit your use of certain features or functions on our Website and the Platform Services.

Log File Information. Log file information is automatically reported by your browser or mobile application each time you access the Website or Platform Services. For example, when you access the Website, servers automatically record certain information that your web browser sends when you visit any website. These server logs include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, referring/exit pages and URLs, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, and pages viewed.

Device Information. We automatically collect information about the device you use to access the Website and/or Platform Services, including type of device, operating system, settings, and unique device identifiers, and IP address. Whether we collect some or all of this information often depends on what type of device you’re using and its settings. For example, different types of information are available depending on whether you’re using a Mac or a PC, or an iPhone or Android phone. We collect the device type and any other information you choose to provide, such as username, geolocation, or email address. We also use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our mobile software on your phone. This software records information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable Information you submit within the mobile application.

As described in our Terms of Use, we may communicate with you through e-mail and notices posted on our Website, messages to your My Account inbox, mobile text messages, or through other means available to us. We may send you a series of e-mails that help inform you about the features of the Service, and we will also send you service messages relating to the functioning of the Service. You can change your e-mail and contact preferences at any time by logging into your account and changing the settings. Unfortunately, you cannot opt-out of receiving service messages from us. If we send communications to you via the carrier service with which you have a mobile communications subscription or otherwise have access, you understand you will pay any service fees associated with your receipt of messages on your mobile device (including text messaging charges).

You may unsubscribe from RPh Careers emails at any time by either clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link in the footer of the email or logging into your account, opening your Dashboard, and selecting “Email Alerts.” Removing your name from the email list may take up to ten (10) days.


The only instances in which we disclose your Personal Information to third parties is as follows:

We disclose your Personal Information to companies and individuals who perform duties on our behalf, such as website hosting, marketing and customer service companies. While these companies may have access to your Personal Information in order to perform their jobs, they are prohibited from sharing your information with any other individual or company.

We will consider releasing, and may release, Personal Information to third parties to comply with valid legal requirements such as a law, regulation, search warrant, subpoena or court order. We also may release Personal Information in order to prevent a crime, for national security, to protect our rights and property and to protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public.

We disclose your Personal Information to prospective employers only if you are an Active Candidate on the Digital Resume Database. If you disclose Personal Information when you communicate directly with an Employer, your privacy is subject to the privacy policy of that company and we are not responsible for that company’s use of your information.

We may disclose and transfer your Personal Information to a third party that acquires all or a substantial portion of our business, whether by way of merger, consolidation or purchase of all or a substantial portion of our assets. In addition, in the unlikely event that we become the subject of a voluntary or involuntary bankruptcy proceeding, we or our trustee in bankruptcy may sell, license or otherwise dispose of your Personal Information in a transaction approved by a bankruptcy court. If all or a substantial portion of our business is sold, you will be notified by e-mail or a notice posted on the Service.

Our Website may contain links to other websites that may be of interest to you. We do not have control over these websites, however, and therefore are not responsible for their privacy policies or practices. Please make sure to review the privacy policies of these websites so that you will be familiar with them.

We offer search filtering services to help find information and learn more about Candidates and/or Employers and employment opportunities to populate and refine our search engine results.


We may share Personal Information with the following parties:

  • Service providers that we use to support our business and help provide our services to you, including, but not limited to, third-parties that host our Website, assist us to verify your identity, perform Website and Platform Services maintenance, risk assessments, and security, perform data and web analytics, provide databases, IT services, customer service, payment platforms and credit card processing, communication services, and email services
  • We require all third-parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your Personal Information for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance, financial, auditing, and accounting services to us so we can operate our business
  • Fraud prevention and identity verification services where we believe that disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of RPh Careers, our Service users or others

  • With prospective employers or recruiters if you are an Active Candidate in the Digital Resume Database.
  • For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information or with your consent


We have implemented a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your Personal Information. We keep your Personal Information on a central database on a secured network, with physical servers located in the United States that can be accessed only by a limited number of persons who are required to keep such information confidential. We audit our network regularly for possible vulnerabilities and attacks.

By using the Website and/or Platform Services, you grant us and all other persons or entities involved in the operation the Service the right to receive, transmit, monitor, retrieve, store and use your Personal Information, including information that may be privileged and confidential under applicable state and federal laws, in connection with the operation of our Website and the Platform Services and our maintenance of your Personal Information.

Although we use reasonable efforts to safeguard the security of your Personal Information, we cannot promise, and you should not expect, that your Personal Information will always stay private. There is no guarantee that information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. It is your sole responsibility to: (i) control the dissemination and use of your password; (ii) authorize, monitor and control access to your password; and (iii) promptly notify us of any need to deactivate your login, or to change your password.

Please note that e-mails, instant messaging, and similar means of communication with Employers are not encrypted, and we strongly advise you not to communicate any confidential information through these means.


We are committed to providing you reasonable and practical access to your Personal Information. You may review the Personal Information that we have collected from you by logging in and clicking “Profile” on the top right, which will direct you to your Dashboard. Then select “Account/Profile” once your dashboard has loaded.

While we have developed default settings for Candidate and Employer Accounts that most users desire, we encourage you to review your account settings and adjust them according to your preferences.

You may opt out of or discontinue receiving communications from us by logging in, opening your dashboard, clicking “Email Alerts” and deselecting the corresponding checkboxes before clicking the “Submit” button. If you no longer wish to access the Platform Services, we will, upon request, remove your Account and Profile from our records. In order to do so, please contact us at jobs@rphcareers.com with your username, password and email address. The removal process may take up to ten (10) days.

If you decide to close your account with us, we will remove your name and other Personal Information from our publicly viewable portions of the Service. If you close your account, we have no obligation to retain your information, and may delete any or all of your account information without liability. However, we may retain certain data contributed by you if we believe it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, or for legitimate business purposes, such as analysis of aggregated, non-personally identifiable data, account recovery, or if required by law. We disclaim any liability in relation to the deletion or retention (subject to the terms herein) of information or any obligation not to delete the information


If you have an Candidate or Employer Account the following obligations apply to your use of the Service. You must, at all times, abide by the terms and conditions of the then-current Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. This includes respecting all intellectual property rights that may belong to third parties.

  1. You must keep your username and password confidential and not share it with others.
  2. Any violation of these guidelines may lead to the restriction, suspension or termination of your Account at our sole discretion.

Information That You Should Not Provide to Us

Please do not provide any Special Categories of Personal Information about you such as

Information that reveals racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, philosophical beliefs or trade union membership; Genetic and biometric data; and Data concerning health, sex life or sexual orientation.


We will not retain your Personal Information for longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. In some circumstances we may anonymize your Personal Information so that it can no longer be associated with you, in which case we may use such information without further notice to you. Once you no longer have a relationship with us, we will retain and securely destroy your Personal Information subject to the foregoing and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. If you request to receive no further contact from us, we will keep some basic information about you on our suppression list in order to avoid sending you unwanted materials in the future.



Our Website and/or Platform Services may from time to time, contain links to third-party services such as websites, locations, platforms, applications or services operated by third parties. If you follow a link to or otherwise access any of these third-party services, these third-party services may use their own cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technology to independently collect information about you and may solicit Personal Information from you.  Please note that these third-party services have their own privacy policies and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these parties’ policies or practices.  Please check these policies before you share any Personal Information.

Social Media Platforms

We may offer you the opportunity to use your social media login when interacting with our Website. If you do so, please be aware that you may be sharing your profile information with us.  The Personal Information that is shared will depend on your social media platform settings. Please visit the relevant social media platform and review its privacy policy to understand how your personal data is shared and used in this context.

Social media features may also collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our Website, and may set a cookie or other Tracking Technologies to enable the applicable social media feature to function properly.  Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing such features.

Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that we have about you and your Account that we have collected from you by means of our Website and/or Platform Services.


Our Service is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18 years. RPh Careers does not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register to use our Website and/or Platform Services.  If we learn that we have collected Personal Information of a child under the age of 13, we will delete that data to the extent required by applicable law as quickly as possible.
